ਰਾਮਕਲੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥
raamakalee mahalaa panjavaa ||
ਕਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਕਰੀਮ ॥
kaaran karan kareem ||
ਸਰਬ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲ ਰਹੀਮ ॥
sarab pratipaal raheem ||
ਅਲਹ ਅਲਖ ਅਪਾਰ ॥
aleh alakh apaar ||
ਖੁਦਿ ਖੁਦਾਇ ਵਡ ਬੇਸੁਮਾਰ ॥੧॥
khudh khudhai vadd besumaar ||1||
ਓੁਂ ਨਮੋ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਗੁਸਾਈ ॥
ou(n) namo bhagava(n)t gusaiee ||
ਖਾਲਕੁ ਰਵਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਰਬ ਠਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

ਜਗੰਨਾਥ ਜਗਜੀਵਨ ਮਾਧੋ ॥
jaga(n)naath jagajeevan maadho ||
ਭਉ ਭੰਜਨ ਰਿਦ ਮਾਹਿ ਅਰਾਧੋ ॥
bhau bha(n)jan ridh maeh araadho ||
ਰਿਖੀਕੇਸ ਗੋਪਾਲ ਗੋੁਵਿੰਦ ॥

ਪੂਰਨ ਸਰਬਤ੍ਰ ਮੁਕੰਦ ॥੨॥
pooran sarabatr muka(n)dh ||2||
ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨ ਮਉਲਾ ਤੂਹੀ ਏਕ ॥
miharavaan maulaa toohee ek ||
ਪੀਰ ਪੈਕਾਂਬਰ ਸੇਖ ॥
peer paikaa(n)bar sekh ||
ਦਿਲਾ ਕਾ ਮਾਲਕੁ ਕਰੇ ਹਾਕੁ ॥
dhilaa kaa maalak kare haak ||
ਕੁਰਾਨ ਕਤੇਬ ਤੇ ਪਾਕੁ ॥੩॥
kuraan kateb te paak ||3||
ਨਾਰਾਇਣ ਨਰਹਰ ਦਇਆਲ ॥
naarain narahar dhiaal ||
ਰਮਤ ਰਾਮ ਘਟ ਘਟ ਆਧਾਰ ॥
ramat raam ghaT ghaT aadhaar ||
ਬਾਸੁਦੇਵ ਬਸਤ ਸਭ ਠਾਇ ॥
baasudhev basat sabh Thai ||
ਲੀਲਾ ਕਿਛੁ ਲਖੀ ਨ ਜਾਇ ॥੪॥
leelaa kichh lakhee na jai ||4||
ਮਿਹਰ ਦਇਆ ਕਰਿ ਕਰਨੈਹਾਰ ॥
mihar dhiaa kar karanaihaar ||
ਭਗਤਿ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਦੇਹਿ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰ ॥
bhagat ba(n)dhagee dheh sirajanahaar ||
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਰਿ ਖੋਏ ਭਰਮ ॥
kahu naanak gur khoe bharam ||
ਏਕੋ ਅਲਹੁ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ॥੫॥੩੪॥੪੫॥

English Translation
Raamkalee, Fifth Mehla:
He is the Doer, the Cause of causes, the bountiful Lord.
The merciful Lord cherishes all.
The Lord is unseen and infinite.
God is great and endless. ||1||
I humbly pray to invoke the Universal Lord God, the Lord of the World.
The Creator Lord is all-pervading, everywhere. ||1||Pause||
He is the Lord of the Universe, the Life of the World.
Within your heart, worship and adore the Destroyer of fear.
The Master Rishi of the senses, Lord of the World, Lord of the Universe.
He is perfect, ever-present everywhere, the Liberator. ||2||
You are the One and only merciful Master,
spiritual teacher, prophet, religious teacher.
Master of hearts, Dispenser of justice,
more sacred than the Koran and the Bible. ||3||
The Lord is powerful and merciful.
The all-pervading Lord is the support of each and every heart.
The luminous Lord dwells everywhere.
His play cannot be known. ||4||
Be kind and compassionate to me, O Creator Lord.
Bless me with devotion and meditation, O Lord Creator.
Says Nanak, the Guru has rid me of doubt.
The Muslim God Allah and the Hindu God Paarbrahm are one and the same. ||5||34||45||
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ (Punjabi Explanation)
ਰਾਮਕਲੀ ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਪਾਤਿਸ਼ਾਹੀ।
ਹੇ ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਮੂਲ!
ਹੇ ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ! ਹੇ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ! ਹੇ (ਸਭਨਾਂ ਉਤੇ) ਰਹਿਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ!
ਹੇ ਅੱਲਾਹ! ਹੇ ਅਲੱਖ! ਹੇ ਅਪਾਰ!
ਤੂੰ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਖਸਮ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਬੜਾ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਹੈਂ ।੧।
ਹੇ ਭਗਵਾਨ! ਹੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਖਸਮ! ਤੈਨੂੰ ਸਰਬ-ਵਿਆਪਕ ਨੂੰ ਨਮਸਕਾਰ ਹੈ ।
ਤੂੰ (ਸਾਰੀ) ਖ਼ਲਕਤ ਦਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਭਨੀਂ ਥਾਈਂ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈਂ ।੧।ਰਹਾਉ।
ਹੇ ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਨਾਥ! ਹੇ ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ! ਹੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ!
ਹੇ (ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਰੇਕ) ਡਰ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ! ਹੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਆਰਾਧਨ-ਜੋਗ!
ਹੇ ਇੰਦ੍ਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ! ਹੇ ਗੋਪਾਲ! ਹੇ ਗੋੋਵਿੰਦ!
ਹੇ ਮੁਕਤੀ-ਦਾਤੇ! ਸਭਨੀਂ ਥਾਈਂ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੈਂ ।੨।
ਹੇ ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨ! ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ (ਸਭ ਨੂੰ) ਨਜਾਤ (ਮੁਕਤੀ) ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ ।
(ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ) ਪੀਰਾਂ ਪੈਗ਼ੰਬਰਾਂ ਸ਼ੇਖਾਂ (ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਨਜਾਤ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ) ।
(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਉਹੀ ਮੌਲਾ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਦੇ) ਦਿਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਹੈ, (ਸਭ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਉਹ ਸਦਾ) ਹੱਕੋ-ਹੱਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ।
ਉਹ ਮੌਲਾ ਕੁਰਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਪੁਸਤਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੱਸੇ ਸਰੂਪ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਹੈ ।੩।
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਉਹ ਦਇਆ ਦਾ ਸੋਮਾ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਨਾਰਾਇਣ ਹੈ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਨਰਸਿੰਘ ਹੈ ।
ਉਹ ਰਾਮ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਰਮਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਹਰੇਕ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਹੈ ।
ਉਹੀ ਬਾਸੁਦੇਵ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਭਨੀਂ ਥਾਈਂ ਵੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ।
ਉਸ ਦੀ ਖੇਡ ਕੁਝ ਭੀ ਬਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ।੪।
ਹੇ ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਚਨਹਾਰ! ਹੇ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰ! ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਦਇਆ ਕਰ ਕੇ
ਤੂੰ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਭਗਤੀ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈਂ ।
ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਆਖ—ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ (ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ) ਭੁਲੇਖੇ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ,
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ (ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ) ਅੱਲਾਹ ਅਤੇ (ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਦਾ) ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਇੱਕੋ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਸ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ ।੫।੩੪।੪੫।
